*Requires class credits or a membership to attend classes.
- Attend 20 classes in the month of November (11/1/19 - 11/30/19)
- At least two (2) classes from each category:
Cycle based classes (any class that involves the bike will count for this category ONLY - i.e. Warriors, Cycle/Yoga, etc.)
HIIT/Strength based classes (any class that is not yoga, barre, or cycle based - i.e. HIIT, Kinesis, Boxing, all Stanley classes, etc.)
- The remaining classes are challenger’s choice.
- Dates: November 1st-30th
- Prize: An Ultimate Warrior long sleeve shirt!
- Make sure to sign up for the challenge using our sign-up form below. The deadline to sign up is Sunday, November 10th!
BONUS: Get your friends or family members to sign up for an Intro Month from now through the end of November, 11/30, and reduce your number of required challenge classes by 1, per each person who signs up (limit 4 classes)! You still must complete two classes from each category. Intro months will be on sale for $49 (normally $69) now through 11/4 - non-members only!

- You must sign up for the challenge AND complete the Challenge Round Up Form (to be provided to challengers at a later date) by Wednesday, December 4th to be eligible for a challenge completion prize.
- Only one class per day counts towards the challenge. No doubles.
- Each class only counts towards one (1) category.
- KEEP TRACK of your challenge classes. We will verify those who complete the challenge and submit the Round-Up form.
- “Ass & Abs” class counts towards the Barre category. “ Ass & Abs - HIIT” class counts towards the HIIT category.
- The deadline to sign up for the challenge is 11/10/19.
*Eagle Challenge Classes:
- "Meditation" and "Deep Stretch & Meditation" counts towards the Yoga category.
- "Core Conditioning", "Pilates Mat", "Tone & Strength" and "Total Body" count towards the Barre category.
