THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR CHALLENGE:
Movement is our drug and moving our bodies daily helps to keep us healthy and strong. Check out all the challenge details below. ANYONE can join - you do not have to be a member, so tell your friends and family and get an accountability buddy to do it with you!
The Challenge: Move your body 30 minutes a day (recommended) everyday for 30 days and pick one goal to work on throughout the month.
Examples of movement:
Attend a virtual or in-person class at Endorphin!
Go for a run
Walk your dog
Examples of SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, timely):
Improve your number of max reps over time for any one exercise (push-ups, pull-ups)
Increase your mileage for your daily walks or overall step count each day.
Increase your average speed on a run (1 mile, 5k, 10k, etc)
The Dates: The challenge starts the day you sign up and runs for 30 days. You must sign up by Friday, 11/20.

Keep Track: There are some great apps out there for tracking your movement and goals, including MyFitnessPal, Google Fit, and the Health app on the iPhone. Need something more simple? Print out this Endorphin activity/goal tracker sheet!
Show Your Challenge Pride: While we can't offer free finisher prizes this year due to the financial strain of COVID, we will be offering finisher hoodies for purchase! At the end of the challenge, a finisher form will be sent out. Fill out the short form to let us know how the challenge went, what your goal was, and place your order for a finisher hoodie (optional). 5 finishers will be chosen from the form submissions to receive a FREE finisher hoodie!
