Shreds: What’s in a name: get “shredded” by combining heavy lifting, functional free weight movements, and bodyweight exercises to leave you feeling stronger in both strength and endurance aspects. Our Shreds class stands out from your typical High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class by implementing and focusing on those heavier lifts as well as the bodyweight movements. Shreds will hit every muscle group unless specified on the schedule (Lower Body, Upper Body, Full Body). This class uses everything from barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, rowers, and slam balls to push you outside of your comfort zone and get you in your best shape. Great for all levels of fitness as the instructor will be present to provide direction, modifications, and motivation throughout the duration of class.
