Meditation: Need to calm and focus the mind? Join us for a class that incorporates breathwork and guided meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, decrease blood pressure and promote emotional well-being. The class starts with a few minutes of light stretches to prepare the body for meditation. Each month, we will integrate a new breathing exercise. You may stay seated or lay down in Savasana during the meditation according to your body needs. Appropriate for all levels.
