Endo Iron: Don’t let the name intimidate you, this class is for all fitness levels and abilities. Featuring our proven 12 week progressive strength training program designed to increase overall strength. Each training block is designed to build a strong foundation across all major muscle groups. The programming is structured around major lifts that require total body muscle recruitment to perform correctly, and as a result are the most effective at building total body strength, neuro muscle connection, and coordination. Some of the key lifts that you will see throughout the year are Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and the Push Press. Brand new to lifting?
