Boxing: Our hard-hitting (no pun intended) Boxing class offers a HIIT-style circuit, yet with gloves and mitts and about 60% of partner work (say hello to your new friend). During this fun yet challenging workout, you’ll get familiar with some of the standard boxing terms, and learn how to throw all six punches with power and precision. You’ll get challenged both physically (hello heart rate spikes) and mentally (keeping those punch combinations straight) simulating a true boxer! Get quicker hands, quicker feet, stronger punches, and better control and balance while toning your body head to toe! If you’re in need of a good mental reset for the day, look no further than class! All levels are encouraged and welcomed with a big smile.
