Ass & Abs: Our classic Ass & Abs will give you a serious lower body beat down and core burner from start to finish. The format will be a mix of HIIT, Barre, and Strength Training classes, however the direct focus will be on your lower half. Equipment will range from good ole bodyweight to kettlebells, dumbbells, booty bands and slam balls to deliver you that burn! Welcome to all levels of fitness. We encourage you to try this class at least once! We promise you’ll be hooked once you get started.
